Assembly Grade 3C, 2023-2024
The Grade 3C recently showcased their talents and learning in a vibrant assembly based on music, dance and architecture on March 15th, 2024 - Friday. The assembly aimed to celebrate the importance of music and dance in our lives and their cultural significance.
Program Highlights:
Welcome Address: The assembly commenced with a warm welcome by the MC’s, setting the tone for the event. They expressed their excitement and enthusiasm in inviting our parents for their assembly.
Students then shared the fun facts about music. More facts were shared about the famous musicians, genres of music, musical instruments and composers.
The students delighted the audience with a stunning Hawaiian song from the Polynesian islands which showcased the students’ versatility and musical prowess.
Dance Presentations: The highlight of the assembly was the captivating dance presentations. They performed choreographed routines infused with energy, rhythm and grace. The dances featured the Classical Bharathanatyam dance and the Flamenco Dance.
Interactive sessions:
The students then spoke about the most famous and awe- inspiring architectural wonders that humans have created. They spoke about how music and dance enable them to express themselves creatively, build confidence, and foster a sense of community and belonging.
This was followed by the News and the Quiz.
