Grade 6 Field Trip 2017

"Foodology"

The extended tour for Grade 6 was a visit to a recreational cooking studio. They set out to Foodology – a recreational cooking studio called ‘Foodology’.

Situated in the hub of the city, Foodology is an initiative extending the joy of cooking to all. Our children were excited at the prospect of cooking their own meal. The recipes chosen were Veg Calzone and Baked cheese with veggie wheels and a drink, Banana Smoothie.

The neat work stations welcomed the students. They were all set in groups to create their ‘master chef’ creation. Instructions were given at every stage – cutting, kneading, baking, culminating in relishing their culinary skills.

‘Foodology’ was a feast indeed!
