Vistaara and Art Infinity 2024
Today marked an exceptional day at NPSI, Chennai with the much-anticipated VISTAARA and ART INFINITY event. It was a celebration of creativity, innovation, and cultural exchange, showcasing the diverse talents and interests of our students. The event was designed to engage, inspire, and educate, offering a wide array of activities and presentations.
The array of presentations started right from the entrance where the day commenced with a vibrant cultural performance by our primary students, featuring traditional dances and music. Young student artists collaborated and created mesmerizing artworks live, demonstrating various techniques and styles, fostering a deep appreciation for the arts.
Amidst cheers and excitement, enthusiastic students demonstrated a rocket launch, showcasing their scientific prowess and engineering skills as they propelled their creations into the sky. A captivating demonstration of drone technology took place, highlighting its applications in various fields, from aerial photography to search and rescue operations. Students engaged in hands-on activities at the tinkering lab, exploring concepts of engineering and design through experimentation and innovation.
"Art Infinity at School" is a vibrant celebration of creativity that ignites the imagination of students and fosters a deeper appreciation for artistic expression. This annual event transforms the school into a dynamic gallery, showcasing a kaleidoscope of student artwork across various mediums.
As art room served as the hub of all the presentations, every floor showcased various art forms presented thematically with first floor covering mosaic art, second floor filled with Warli art form depicting wonderful stories and third floor lined up with Gond art displays.
A dynamic visual presentation for Grade 1 and Grade 2 learners, displayed foundational concepts in math, language and science, fostering interactive learning experiences to enhance comprehension and retention.
The book trail encouraged students to embark on a literary journey, exploring different genres and authors, fostering a love for reading and storytelling. Participants marvelled at the mesmerizing interplay of light and color, in the color shadow exhibit, showcasing the principles of optics and perception.
Engaging presentations on historical events and figures provided insights into the past, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of our shared heritage. Students honed their communication skills and confidence through public speaking sessions, addressing diverse topics and issues of relevance. Interactive workshops on financial literacy equipped students with essential knowledge and skills for managing personal finances and making informed decisions.
Cutting-edge STEM lab demonstrations showcased innovative projects and experiments, inspiring curiosity and creativity in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Fascinating presentations on astrophysics expanded students' horizons, exploring the wonders of the universe and the mysteries of celestial bodies.
In the math lab, students delved into the realm of numbers and equations, solving puzzles and engaging in activities to enhance their mathematical proficiency. Captivating science demonstrations enthralled audiences, showcasing principles of physics, chemistry, and biology in action, making learning interactive and fun. Students showcased their language skills and creativity through English presentations, expressing their thoughts and ideas eloquently on a variety of topics.
