Vistaara Grades 3-5, 2026
Vistaara, the annual learning visibility event, joyfully celebrates students’ year-long learning across subjects. Grade 3 students brought learning alive through vibrant cross-curricular experiences, Grade 4 proudly showcased the culmination of their Social Studies learning on India, and Grade 5 confidently presented the culmination of their maiden Project-Based Learning journey introduced this year—reflecting curiosity, creativity, and meaningful learning.
Grade 3 students showcased rich cross-curricular learning through a variety of engaging, hands-on activities. English came alive with language games, puppet-assisted poem recitations, and expressive dramatizations, while Social Studies explored freedom fighters, monuments, quotes, and music. General Science sparked curiosity through interactive experiments and models, and Centrado projects highlighted practical inventions, demonstrating strong real-life connections and joyful learning.
Grade 4 students from all sections collaborated seamlessly to present six thematic counters celebrating One India, Many Stories. Echoes of India saw students confidently explaining iconic monuments using symbolic passports. At Woven Wonders, students showcased regional fabrics and engaged parents in hands-on block printing. Motifs and Masterpieces highlighted traditional art forms, inviting parents to create Warli and Pichwai drawings. Soil to Sacrifice featured students speaking about diverse food grains and famous regional dishes, while also bringing alive stories of lesser-known Indian freedom fighters through enactments and interactions with parents. Games that Grew Generations revived traditional games with active parent participation, and Books Beyond Borders celebrated linguistic diversity as students presented parents with cute, handwritten thank-you notes in various Indian languages. A vibrant classical and folk dance performance beautifully reinforced India’s unity in diversity.
Grade 5 students presented the culmination of their maiden Project-Based Learning (PBL) experience at Vistaara, confidently sharing their learning journey and outcomes with parents. The projects were anchored in the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with each section exploring a distinct theme—Grade 5A examined Economy vs Ecology, focusing on the contribution of wetlands to sustainable living; Grade 5B addressed No Poverty and Zero Hunger; Grade 5C explored Responsible Consumption; and Grade 5D focused on Affordable and Clean Energy.
Through Project-Based Learning, students engaged in extended inquiry by addressing real-world problems. They presented their project journey, which began with understanding the Sustainable Development Goals, followed by group formation, surveys, research, model-making, data analysis, awareness creation, and brainstorming viable solutions. Students shared their learning through visual displays, live demonstrations, skits, and interactive explanations, clearly articulating the challenges faced, decisions made, and the impact of their solutions.
The experience culminated in thoughtful and informative presentations, enabling students to strengthen not only their subject knowledge but also essential 21st-century skills—collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. Students also reflected on their PBL journey, sharing how working collaboratively on meaningful issues enhanced their confidence, teamwork, and sense of social responsibility, nurturing them as informed, empathetic, and proactive global citizens.
Vistaara stood as a vibrant celebration of learning in action, where knowledge, skills, and values came together meaningfully. The event powerfully reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing confident learners who think deeply, act responsibly, and connect learning with life.
