Into The Classroom Week – Grades 3–5
Into the Classroom Week welcomed parents into the classrooms of Grades 3–5, offering an authentic glimpse into classroom interactions, teaching approaches and active learning. Grade 3 showcased learning in English, Mathematics and EVS through presentations on grammar, comprehension, place value, operations, problem-solving, community helpers, houses, plants, food and water. Grade 4 demonstrated growing independence through English, Mathematics and Science, covering story elements, descriptive writing, poetic devices, multiplication, division, fractions, geometry, food chains, adaptations and conservation. Grade 5 reflected maturity and analytical thinking through Social Science discussions on natural-resource regulation, Science presentations on blood circulation, Mathematics activities on HCF, LCM, decimals and coordinate-based map reading, and English exploration of poetic devices. Across the grades, Reading Programmes, Creative Writing, ICT, Centrdo, YAD and ECAs were also highlighted, reflecting holistic development. The week strengthened the home-school partnership and celebrated confident, curious and independent learners.
