Save Soil Campaign
– Students Of Isha Samskriti

On 10th June 2022, students from the Isha Samskriti school visited the NPSIC campus to share a message about the Save Soil program. The presentation was held in the auditorium before a rapt audience of students and teachers.

Following a welcome note from the Principal, Ms. Sudha Balan, the students shared a video explaining the Isha way of life and the Samskriti curriculum. This was followed by a Save Soil message in a video by Sadhguru.

The performance then began, with a series of hymns in praise of soil. These had been written by the students and set to the tune of popular folk songs. The students played traditional instruments and demonstrated some techniques of Kalaripayattu, including silambum, hand wrestling and fist swords.

The school appreciated the students and gave saplings of different fruits and a handful of seeds to each of the isha samskriti students.

The program concluded with a short speech on the Save Soil project and pamphlets were distributed to the audience.
