Honesty and Integrity – Peace within and outside

The students of Grade 4A hosted a heartwarming assembly on the theme “Peace Within and Outside” on 16th October 2025. With parents in the audience, the children shone with confidence, creativity, and sincerity as they brought the idea of peace alive through words, music, and performance.

The programme opened with MC’s extending a cheerful welcome and setting the tone for the morning. One by one, students shared what peace meant to them—whether it was being heard, forgiving a friend, reading quietly, or simply sitting in nature. A touching poem on the calmness of the natural world beautifully captured the essence of inner peace.

The assembly moved seamlessly into varied segments: “Thought for the Day,” a lively news update and inspiring reflection on Adi Shankaracharya’s teachings. The devotional song, along with soulful Mridangam and Tabla performances, added a cultural richness that parents deeply appreciated.

Through speeches, a song celebrating Hindi Diwas, dance, and a quiz, the children explored peace at personal, social, national, and environmental levels. The dance on Namami Gange was a highlight, reminding everyone of the link between peace and caring for our planet.

The morning concluded with heartfelt vote of thanks, leaving the audience touched and inspired to carry the message of peace into their daily lives.
