Assembly: Grade 4 D
Class assembly holds a significant role in our school routine. It is the first platform provided to young minds to showcase their talents and skills while giving them opportunities to work in collaboration.
The students of 4D presented their class assembly on the topic, Freedom. Students took the audience into an amazing trip into the palette of concepts of freedom, a fundamental element of liberty. Students left no stone unturned in the attempt to reach the audience on this topic.
The thought for the day set the tone for the assembly. This was followed by the news that highlighted recent events both national and international. While the news from the field of science shed light on the rapid advancements, the sports News brought to fore the recent exploits of the Indian team and an update on the weather concluded the latest from the news desk.
A dance number on “Freedom Theme” brought in much zest and energy as the audience clapped along. A short speech on “Facts of freedom fighters of India,” were shared which emphasised on the theme.
The final element of the assembly was a melodious rendition of the patriotic song, “Is Duniya Me Bharat Jaisa Desh Kaha Hai.
Students expressed their gratitude to the principal, all teaching and non-teaching staff for their support and encouragement. The assembly left the audience with a feeling of warmth, love ,bonding and uplifting thought by Charlotte Bronte-“I am no bird; and no net ensnares me: I am a free human being with an independent will.”
