The Grade 3C class presented a delightful assembly on the theme “Festivals Across Different States of India – Rajasthan.” The event began with a warm welcome from the emcees, who introduced Rajasthan as the "Land of Kings," painting a vivid picture of a region steeped in history, grandeur, and cultural richness. The first segment featured a creative news report delivered by young reporters, highlighting the famous festivals of Rajasthan, including the Pushkar Camel Fair, Teej festival, and the Desert Festival.
The next segment sparked lively engagement as students shared fascinating facts about the state’s most celebrated festivals, keeping the audience captivated. The atmosphere became even more festive when the song “Padharo Mare Dess” was sung, with everyone invited to join in. This traditional Rajasthani folk song filled the room with warmth and brought the spirit of Rajasthan alive through its melody.
Fun and surprising facts about Rajasthan followed, generating intrigue and laughter throughout the audience. The excitement continued with a graceful Kalbeliya dance performance, where students, dressed in vibrant costumes, elegantly showcased one of Rajasthan's most iconic traditional dances.
