Assembly Grade 4A, 2024-2025
In a celebration of world culture and appreciation, the class assembly of Grade 4A was presented on the topic ‘Festivals across the World – Singapore’. The children were excited to exhibit their inherent talent and skills.
The assembly started with the MCs welcoming the gathering. Students shared inspiring thoughts to set a positive tone for the session. This was followed by a set of students who shared interesting facts on the festivals celebrated across the world. National and global news updates were shared with the audience,
The program moved ahead with a song usually sung on the New Year Day of Singapore. This song was learnt and rendered with much enthusiasm by the students.
Students put up a mesmerizing dance form, ‘Zapin Singapura’ considered one of the native dance forms of Singapore. The captivating music, rhythmic steps and coordinated performance was a sight to see.
The children drew the curtains on this wonderful performance with a grateful vote of thanks to the principal, vice-principals, teachers, the support staff and the amazing audience for the opportunity and encouragement. The students learnt the value of teamwork, confidence, stage etiquette and much more through this assembly.
